I in fact use Leap Slam this was just late league and I was testing movement skills. This build is taken from a 3.11 character, there are some inaccuracies in PoB that will not be fixed until I am in game with a new Ice Crash character.
(Note I have not changed all the skill gems to awakened as I just have on what my main wears in standard) Ice Crash also does not deal reflected elemental damage anymore thanks to a buff to Awakened Elemental Damage with Attacks Support. We now Cold Exposure, Fortify and Intimidate on hit thanks to awakened support gem changes and mastery passives (note: awakened gems only). Feeling very strong now even with trash gear. Level 65 PoB with Fortify on hit and a 6l tabula. Level 51 Tree with Leech node for leveling.
